The House of Dom Pérignon presents the Rosé Paradox menu – a unique culinary experience designed by nine of the world’s most innovative chef masterminds, which revels in the facets and paradoxes of the Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003. Led by Dom Pérignon, nine peerless chefs from around the globe united for a three-day program that saw each creative talent inspire the other, resulting in epitomising gastronomic fusions.

The Paradox experience saw chef Oliver ‘Ollysan’ Lange create hamachi sashimi ceviche style and Scallop crisp, and he was inspired by Swiss chef Nenad Mlinarevic’s brioche and pigeon breast creation. Fuelled by this experience, Ollysan adapted a version of the Rosé Paradox Menu, which was introduced at The Magazine Restaurant throughout September 2014.
