EXCLUSIVE BIRTHDAY DINNER IN KAZAKHSTAN
K&K London were invited to create the culinary concept for a spectacular gala dinner in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for a VIP birthday event in November 2014.
A team of specialist Kofler & Kompanie event organisers were flown in from around the world to direct and oversee catering operations for this fabulous event.
After a reception serving Veuve Cliqcuot Ponsardin Brut Champagne, the menu for 240 guests featured Roasted Turbot with Provencal Herbs served with a Lemon Butter Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes and Broccoli Flan, followed by handmade bespoke chocolate, meringue and mango birthday cake.
The evening had a focus on live entertainment inclusding perfomances by members of the host's family and friends.
